November 17th, 2026
The SD&G Historical Society’s Winter Speakers’ Series returns with a new lineup of fascinating presenters. First up is Art Buckland’s “Journey with a Smile”.
Enjoy a lively evening as Art Buckland takes you through his personal journey of growing up on Sheeks Island during the Seaway years, his experience as a young fellow who attended Cornwall schools, played various sports and went on to have a large role in education, both at St. Lawrence College and as a Board member and Chair of the former SD&G Public School Board (now Upper Canada).
